CR Medisystems Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1974 and has been dedicated to manufacturing a wide range of cardiology products since its inception. These products include cardiac monitors, defibrillators, pulse oximeters, and ICU central monitors, which are widely used in intensive care units, operating theatres, and emergency/casualty departments across hospitals and nursing homes throughout India.

In 1985, the company expanded its product line by introducing Electronic Nurse-Call Systems. Since then, Medisystems has grown its portfolio of hospital utility products, which now includes bed-head panels, bed-lamp panels, OT pendants, OT control panels, and OPD patient-call systems.

In 1995, Medisystems ventured into outsourcing a wide range of hospital, medical, laboratory, scientific, and surgical instruments and equipment, manufactured in India, primarily for export to international buyers and institutions.

The company's manufacturing facilities are based in Mumbai, with a network of distributors, dealers, and product support services spread across the country. Medisystems operates with a skilled technical workforce of 60 to 65 employees, covering engineering R&D, quality control, product assembly, and marketing. In addition, the company's distributors and dealers employ several technical sales and support personnel.

Medisystems combines advanced bioengineering and hospital equipment technologies sourced from the United States with cost-effective manufacturing capabilities in India. This enables the company to offer reasonably priced products to hospitals and healthcare institutions globally.

Currently, Medisystems' products are installed in over 200 locations across India, as well as in several international markets, where they continue to deliver high performance, reliability, and excellence.

The company is vertically integrated, managing everything from product concept and design to prototyping, production, supply, installation, commissioning, and long-term product support and maintenance. In-house manufacturing and R&D are complemented by extensive outsourcing of components, as well as collaborative research with experts in specific technologies.

We are aware of the environmental challenges posed by the disposal of hazardous waste, including its impact on soil, rivers, lakes, and streams. As part of our commitment, we ensure that our waste disposal practices meet the standards set by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and Central Pollution Control Board.

We responsibly manage electronic and production waste by sorting it into categories and disposing of it appropriately. Our electronic waste is handled by Eco Recovery Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, and we have been awarded the Green Enterprise status by Eco Recovery Pvt. Ltd. since 2009, for our regular and compliant waste disposal practices.
